Fried Glass Noodles with Cabbage and Sakura Shrimp

Glass noodle stir-fry with cabbage is delicious. And if you add Shiitake and sakura shrimp (small Japanese pink dried shrimp), this dish will be incredibly delicious. Adding dried Shiitake to your usual dishes will always make the umami of other ingredients stronger and tastier, thanks to the natural Guanylate of forest-grown Shiitake!

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 4 Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 clove Garlic ( sliced )
  • 2 Tbsp Sakura shrimp
  • 3g Jew's ear ( sliced )
  • 1/4 Cabbage ( shredded )
  • 35g Glass noodles
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sake -A
  • a dash each Salt and pepper -A
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce -A

Steps

Reconstitute shiitake and Jew's ear with water and slice.

Boil the Glass noodles.

Heat sesame oil on a frying pan, add the garlic, sakura shrimp, shiitake, and Jew's ear, then stir-fry.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry.

Add the Glass noodles and Spices A, mix and fry. Then turn off the heat.

Dried Shiitake mushrooms should be rehydrated in cold water to make them sweeter and tastier without any messy taste.
