Adding shiitake with sakura shrimp, the dish is wonderful.

The cabbage and Glass noodles are stir-fried, but it becomes more delicious when the shiitake mushroom and sakura shrimp are added.
If you add dried shiitake to your usual cooking, the flavor of other ingredients will become stronger.

Dried shiitake mushrooms

clove Garlic ( sliced )

Sakura shrimp
2 tbsp
Jew's ear ( sliced )

Cabbage ( shredded )

Glass noodles
35g
Sesame oil
1 tbsp
Seasoning A
Sake -
2 tbsp
Salt and pepper -
a dash each
Oyster sauce -
1 tbsp

Reconstitute shiitake and Jew's ear with water and slice.

Boil the Glass noodles.

Heat sesame oil on a frying pan, add the garlic, sakura shrimp, shiitake, and Jew's ear, then stir-fry.

Add the cabbage and stir-fry.

Add the Glass noodles and Spices A, mix and fry. Then turn off the heat.
