Shiitake and minced chicken seaweed rolls
This is a simple and healthy seaweed roll recipe. The Guanylate of the dried Shiitake mushrooms adds wonderfully to the Umami taste of the chicken.

Steps

Rehydrate the dried Shiitake mushrooms in water and chop them coarsely. Finely chop the green onion and carrot.

Mix 1 with minced chicken and the ingredients marked with A.

Roll the contents of 2 with seaweed and wrap with plastic wrap.

Microwave (600W) for 2-3 minutes.
