Takoyaki–style Shiitake
Have a takoyaki party with tender Shiitake instead of octopus!! Use Donko Shiitake for an amazing taste!

takoyaki mix(Dashi-flavored batter)

red ginger

spring onions

Tenkasu (Agedama) – Tempura Scraps

eggs

600cc
water

dried Shiitake

as necessary
vegetable oil

a little less than 2 Tbsp
concentrated noodle soup (3x concentrate)-A

chopped spring onions (optional)-A

Steps

Cut each Shiitake into eighths.

Chop the red ginger and spring onions.

Make a batter by mixing the takoyaki mix, water, and egg.

Brush a heated takoyaki grilling machine with the oil. Pour in half the batter.

Add the rest of the ingredients and pour in the remaining batter.

If you wish, serve with the ingredients in A mixed together, or brown sauce!
