Shiitake Menchi Katsu (Ground Meat Cutlet)

Use dried Shiitake to make Menchi Katsu even more delicious! Mix vegetables and Shiitake into the minced meat for a healthy and hearty meal. Minced meat mixture contains protein, B-complex vitamins, and iron, which are perfect for bodybuilding. The juicy meat will make for a very satisfying meal. By kneading the meat with your hands, the fat in the meat will melt due to your body temperature and help hold the whole patty together. Letting it sit in the refrigerator for a while after kneading will cool down and solidify the fat, making it easier to shape. Recipe provided by: Hattori Nutrition College
