rehydrated Shiitake stock

ready-made curry roux

Steps

Soak dried Shiitake in water and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Cut onion into thin strips, carrot into chunks, pork and tomato into bite-sized pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and saute garlic to release its aroma, then saute onion, pork, and Shiitake.

Add carrots and stir. Add tomatoes, Shiitake stock, and grated ginger.

Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add curry roux. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
