Healthy Hamburger steak with Shiitake
This is a healthy Japanese hamburger steak that uses a variety of sun-dried foods. Grated Fu (dried wheat gluten) gives it a soft texture, while dried shiitake mushrooms, dried daikon & carrot strips, sesame seeds, salted kombu, and sakura shrimp add layers of flavor. The guanylate in dried shiitake mushrooms enhances the meat’s umami taste, making it incredibly delicious and healthy.
