  • 400 ml Dashi broth + water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Light soy sauce -seasoning A
  • 1/4 tsp Salt -seasoning A
  • 1 Tbsp Sake -seasoning A


Rehydrate and slice dried shiitake mushrooms, and cut green onion and ginger into long thin strips.
