  • 2 Sauce included with yakisoba noodles

Heat the unopened pack of yakisoba noodles in the microwave for 1 minute.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, cook the noodles until crispy, and put them on a plate.

Cut braised shiitake into slices, cabbage into chunks, and carrots into thin strips.

Stir-fry the vegetables in sesame oil, then add the braised shiitake mushrooms, pork, sauce, and the noodles you just fried, and stir-fry some more.
