Umami Taste Potatoes with Shiitake Powder and Lots of Cilantro

Cilantro-covered Umami Potatoes! Boosted with Shiitake Powder for extra umami & less salt ✨ Shiitake powder is perfect for anyone watching their salt intake. By adding shiitake powder, you can enjoy a richer umami flavor while feeling the saltiness more strongly, so you’ll only need about one-third of your usual amount of salt. If you add shiitake powder later, your usual salt level may taste too salty, so the key is to mix it in as early as possible during preparation. Shiitake powder enhances the natural umami of the potatoes, making them taste as rich and subtly sweet as if butter was added—creating the ultimate umami potatoes.
