Cut the meat into bite-size pieces and season with salt & pepper. Then, dip them in beaten eggs and coat them in potato or corn starch.
Finely slice the welsh onion and cut the bok choy and red bell peppers into bite-size pieces.
Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir fry the welsh onion and meat. Once caramelized, add the bok choy and red bell peppers.
Once the bell peppers are soft, add the A, condiments and mix well. Serve with a splash of sesame oil on top.
