Using Shiitake Powder♪ Potatoes & Lotus Root Stir-Fried with Mayonnaise

Use Shiitake powder as a secret ingredient to supercharge the Umami taste! Your kids will love this dish too♪

Ingredients (4 servings) (30 minutes)

  • 4 Potatoes (cut into half-moons)
  • 80g Lotus root (boiled and canned)
  • 4 pieces (34g) Bacon
  • 1 clove Garlic (sliced thinly)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce-A
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise-A
  • 1 Tbsp Shiitake powder-A

Steps

Thinly slice the garlic and lotus root, and cut the bacon into 2cm wide strips. (Chop the bigger pieces into smaller bite-size ones.)

Peel the potatoes and cut them in half, then slice them into approximately 5mm thick half-moons. Next, boil them for a short time. (You can also use the microwave oven.)

Heat up the frying pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic and stir fry until the aroma emerges.

Add the bacon, lotus root, and potatoes and stir fry. Lastly, add the A seasoning and serve.
