Thinly slice the garlic and lotus root, and cut the bacon into 2cm wide strips. (Chop the bigger pieces into smaller bite-size ones.)
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half, then slice them into approximately 5mm thick half-moons. Next, boil them for a short time. (You can also use the microwave oven.)
Heat up the frying pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic and stir fry until the aroma emerges.
Add the bacon, lotus root, and potatoes and stir fry. Lastly, add the A seasoning and serve.
