Using Shiitake Powder♪ Marlin Tuna Spicy Plum Stir Fry

With plenty of spices!! This slightly spicy dish will help you beat summer fatigue!

Ingredients (2 servings) (30 minutes)

  • 2 pieces (150g) Marlin tuna (fillet)
  • 1 (5–6cm chunks) Leek
  • as required Sesame oil
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 stalks Coriander (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Shiitake powder-A
  • 1.5 Tbsp Soy sauce-A
  • 2 Tbsp Sake-A
  • 5 (15g) Green chilies (sliced into bite-size pieces)-A
  • 3 (5.5g) Scallions (5–6cm pieces)-A
  • 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)-A
  • 2 thin slices Ginger (julienned)-A
  • 1 Umeboshi (smashed)-A
  • 30ml Water-A

Steps

Pour sesame seed into a frying pan and grill the Marlin tuna and scallions until brown.

Add the A condiments and cover with a lid to braise.

Sprinkle black pepper on 2. and garnish with chopped coriander.
