Fu chanpuru with Umami taste-boosting Shiitake powder
In this recipe, we'll soak fu in plenty of egg and stir fry it. With Shiitake powder giving it heaps of Umami taste, this dish is really delicious! It's perfect with beer♪

Nira( Japanese garlic chives ),thickly sliced

Steps

Rehydrate the fu in plenty of water. Drain thoroughly.

Pour the flavorings marked A on the fu and mix, allowing the fu to absorb the flavors.

Cut the luncheon meat into bite-size pieces and fry over a medium heat in the sesame oil until golden brown.

Add the fu and continue to cook. When the fu has charred slightly, add the beansprouts and Nira and stir fry.

Season with the salt and pepper and finish off by adding the bonito flakes.
